Because there would be lots of little Steves running around? And then Steve could take over the world, because he'd have mini Steve, clones of himself?
Well, to put things into context...I called Steve cause I was down yesterday and he told me that I needed some "good old fashioned Steve lovin'" which was followed by what was the become the Quote of the Day. :)
